As a Summit attendee you understand that ABO may film, take photos or otherwise record the Algae Biomass Summit. You give the Algae Biomass Organization, its agents, employees, licensees and assigns the right to use, adapt, modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform and/or display, in any form now known or later developed, your name, voice and visual likeness (on photographs, video, film, etc.), throughout the world for the promotion of the Algae Biomass Organization. You further understand that use of your personal information by the Algae Biomass Organization is subject to the Algae Biomass Organization’s Privacy Policy.
Notice: The Algae Biomass Organization (ABO), under the sole discretion of its Executive Director and/or the ABO Chair, reserve the right to restrict attendance to any open meetings, conferences, summits as deemed necessary in its sole discretion, subject to its Articles of Incorporation and applicable law.
